Standard Configuration

Shafted Unwind

This shaft-type unwinding unit is designed for handling large paper rolls and is equipped with an automatic cylinder lifting device. Its features include: one-button pneumatic locking of the unwinding shaft, two cylinder-driven clamping arms for lifting the paper roll, and a magnetic powder brake for controlling unwinding tension.

Web Guide System

The system is equipped with an Arise web guiding system for edge detection, including automatic and manual control functions, high-precision ultrasonic sensors, a controller, and correction motors to ensure precise material feeding.

Traction System

This device uses TPU rubber rollers, ensuring a long service life. The pressure rollers feature adjustable pneumatic control for perfect tension control. The front traction roller is controlled by a servo motor for high-precision cutting; the rear traction roller is motor-driven and used for material feeding.

Dancer Roller

The pneumatic tension roller unit automatically adjusts its speed to ensure stable material transfer during high-speed operation. Equipped with an encoder, the unit displays precise position information on the touchscreen and adjusts the traction speed based on the tension roller's position.

Cutting Unit

Heavy-duty cast iron knife holder, equipped with a fixed lower blade and a movable upper blade. A servo motor and driver provide high-precision cutting length control. Two sets of high-speed steel blades ensure perfect cutting quality and a service life of 5-6 years. A braking AC motor drives the blades on Hiwin guide rails for rapid braking. Equipped with an anti-static treatment device and rotating shear blades for longitudinal cutting before transverse cutting.

Table Stacker

It features adjustable angles and height. The desktop size can be customized according to specific production requirements.
